Amity Institute of Biotechnology Incyte – 2009 The two day annual festival of the Biotechnology Department started on October 28, 2009. The extravaganza was by the students and for the students. The day was observed by discussing at length the growing importance of biotechnology in the present day world by eminent personalities of the concerned field. The students were enlightened with the latest advancements in biotechnology.
The eminent guests who visited the fest included honble Mrs. Dhara Jaipuria, Chairperson and Managing Director, Cryoviva Biotech Private Limited, Dr. Mrinalini Chaturvedi, Medical Director, Cryoviva Biotech Private Limited, Gurgaon, Dr. Kavita Chatterjee, Faculty Incharge Main Blood Bank AIIMS, Dr. Satya Pal Arora, Patent Attorney of International Property Rights (IPR) and Dr. A. K. Srivastava, Director, Amity Institute of Biotechnology was also present on the occasion.
